Challenge

Revisit AI-assisted development work scattered across local agent histories and Git without sending that activity to a server.

Approach

Built a SwiftUI app that indexes local session metadata and Git activity into SwiftData, with a menu bar and notch companion for live status.

Result

Released a signed, notarized Apple Silicon app with local-first history, optional Pulse wake controls, and in-app updates.
